I know this isn't a cookbook, it is a cooking magazine but I LOVE it! It is so much better than Cooking Light. I didn't think the recipes in Cooking Light were all that "light," I don't want makeup or workout advice from my cooking magazine, and I'd prefer the focus of my cooking magazines be on health and nutrition instead of just "low" calorie fare so about 3 years ago I dumped Cooking Light for Eating Well. EW is a perfect blend of delicious food that focuses on real nutrition. There are ethnic as well as American recipes which I LOVE and all the recipes are easy to prepare. Its awesome. Try it. I know I'm going to offend some folks with this next statement but I think it blows those Taste of Home magazines out of the water. Just my opinion.

I receive this magazine courtesy of Laura and I have to say that I love it too. Some of the recipes are decidely too fancy for us, but I can always find at least two or three that I like out of it. I also really like the nutrition information because that's stuff that I don't get anywhere else. I got the Eating Well cookbook for Christmas last year from Peggy and it's probably my most used cookbook.
